Our Services At A Glance
A focused 45 or 60-minute space dedicated entirely to your growth and clarity. Individual therapy offers a supportive space to work through anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, stress, and other challenges. Our clinicians tailor treatment to each person’s needs, goals, and experiences.
Couples counseling provides a space to better understand patterns in your relationship, improve communication, work through conflict, and strengthen your connection. We work with couples facing both immediate challenges and longer-standing concerns.
We provide comprehensive psychological evaluations for children and adults, with particular expertise in ADHD and autism assessment. Testing is also available for learning disabilities, mood and behavioral concerns, and other diagnostic questions.
