Chad Wills, PsyD, LCP, LPC
Clinical Psychologist, Founder, DirectorAccepting New Clients for Psychological Testing
I am a doctoral-level clinician with a practical, down-to-earth approach and a commitment to providing thoughtful, high-quality care. I firmly believe in the power of hope and strive to create a supportive environment where people from all backgrounds feel understood and respected. I am experienced in the assessment and treatment of ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, anxiety, depression, OCD, and mood disorders. I enjoy helping people of all ages navigate relationship issues, complex social dynamics, family conflict, parenting, grief and loss, developmental concerns, and everyday life challenges.
I specialize in assessing and treating ADHD, using a structured process to provide accurate diagnoses and match evidence-based treatment with individual personality styles. I also enjoy working with people who may not have a diagnosis but want an objective perspective, honest feedback, and a path forward.
You don’t need to have everything figured out to reach out. I’m happy to talk through your concerns and help you decide on next steps. If I’m not the right fit, I’ll help connect you with someone who is. My goal is simply to support you as you move forward.
Evan McMillan, MA
Resident in CounselingAccepting New Clients
Hi, I’m Evan. I enjoy working with people of all ages, but I have a particular passion for supporting adolescents and young adults. If you're a parent, you may be here because you've noticed your child is struggling, and you want to help them feel more like themselves again. Or maybe you're a teen or young adult looking for support because life feels more overwhelming than it should. Whatever brought you here, you don't have to figure it out alone. Together, we can work on developing practical skills and set a clear path forward.
In my previous work as a youth pastor, I saw many young people struggle with mental health issues and my pursuit of having more skills to help them is ultimately what led me to counseling. Now, much of my clinical work is focused on helping clients navigate emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges.
My counseling approach draws from a blend of CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused techniques, and Person-Centered principles. I enjoy integrating these models to meet clients where they are and to support them in building insight, resilience, and practical skills. If this sounds like a good fit, please reach out and I would be happy to schedule a consultation.

CounselorAccepting New Clients
Welcome! Taking the first step toward counseling isn’t always easy, and I recognize the courage it can take to begin. My goal is to create a comfortable, positive space where you can be yourself, recognize your strengths, and find meaningful ways to move forward.
I began my career working with children as a special education teacher before pursuing my passion for mental health. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology/Counseling and have worked with children, adolescents, and adults across school, hospital, residential, community-based, and outpatient settings. Much of my experience has focused on trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, and mood disorders. I particularly enjoy working with neurodivergent individuals, including those diagnosed with ADHD or Autism later in life.
My counseling style is warm, creative, intuitive, and down-to-earth. I believe everyone deserves to feel heard, validated, seen, and respected, and I view therapy as a collaborative experience. You bring your own experiences, strengths, and knowledge of yourself; my role is to meet you where you are, offer new perspectives, and help you develop tools to improve your quality of life. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor therapy to each person. My work draws from cognitive-behavioral and person-centered approaches while incorporating humor, curiosity, art, music, sensory activities, and other creative techniques when helpful. I enjoy thinking outside the box and finding approaches that fit the individual. I currently provide both in-person and telehealth counseling for school-aged children, adolescents, and adults.
Outside of the counseling office, I enjoy traveling, live music and festivals, crafts, spending time in nature or with friends, kayaking, skydiving, photography, and pretty much anything involving animals or water.

Graduate Student InternAccepting New Clients
Hello! I’m currently completing my counseling internship as part of my master’s program at Bluefield University, and I’m excited to be working with clients. I earned my B.A. in Sociology from Radford University, and my professional background includes several years of experience in counseling practices in the Roanoke area. Through this work, I’ve gained firsthand exposure to the therapeutic process and a deep appreciation for the work clients and clinicians do together.
I believe therapy is an essential part of overall wellness and provides a supportive space for growth, healing, and self-understanding. As I continue developing my skills as a counselor, I aim to meet each client with empathy, curiosity, and respect, creating a comfortable environment where they can feel heard and supported.
